* Until 1230 PM CDT.
* At 1100 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
minor flooding in the advisory area, especially along Highway 83.
Rainfall estimates of 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen on already
saturated soils.

Rio Grande City, Sullivan City, Garciasville, La Grulla, Starr
County Memorial Hospital, La Puerta, Ringgold Middle School, La
Victoria, Fort Ringgold County Park and Cuevitas.
