    ...Very windy conditions today across the Permian Basin and
    portion of the Trans Pecos...
    .A potent upper level low will approach the area today. The
    dryline moving east will turn winds to the west and increase
    across the Guadalupe Mountains.
    Also very windy conditions are expected across much of the
    Permian Basin and Trans Pecos as southeast winds increase by this
    afternoon.
    ...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT /7 PM MDT/ THIS
    EVENING...
    * TIMING...Friday morning until early evening.
    * WINDS...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph gusts to 45 mph.
    * IMPACTS...Secure lawn furniture, garbage cans or other objects
    which could be blown about by the wind. Local blowing dust
    will reduce visibility.
