    Lubbock County in northwestern Texas...
    Eastern Hockley County in northwestern Texas...
    * Until 330 PM CDT.
    * At 102 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    thunderstorms with very heavy rain over the area. The rain will
    cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and
    more storms continue to move across the area.

    Lubbock, Levelland, Abernathy, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Anton,
    Lubbock South Plains Mall, Texas Tech University, Lubbock
    International Airport, Slide, Downtown Lubbock, Woodrow, Reese
    Center, New Deal, Smyer, Ropesville, Opdyke West and Lubbock
    Science Spectrum.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches is possible in the
    warned area.
