* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
Johnson County in north central Texas...
Hill County in central Texas...
Ellis County in north central Texas...
* Until 330 PM CDT.
* At 1233 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
producing heavy rainfall across the area. Excessive runoff from
these thunderstorms will cause minor flooding. Areas that are low
lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to
experience flooding. This means some low water crossings in the
region may become impassable. Up to an inch and a half of rain has
already fallen.

Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Burleson, Lancaster,
Waxahachie, Cleburne, Ennis, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red Oak,
Hillsboro, Keene, Joshua, Alvarado, Ovilla, Venus, Ferris, Whitney
and Palmer.
An additional inch of rainfall is expected over the area. This
additional rain will cause minor flooding.
