    * At 203 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of west central Kenedy
    and southeastern Brooks Counties.

    Northwestern Jim Hogg County in Deep South Texas...
    * Until 200 AM CDT.
    * At 1256 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen at the Jim Hogg
    County Airport northwest of Hebbronville.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Hebbronville, Las Lomitas, Gruy Stadium, Jim Hogg County Airport,
    Hebbronville High School, South Fork Estates and Hebbronville
    Border Patrol Station.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding
    especially along and near SR 285, SR 16, and SR 359. Should the
    rains continue or intensify, Flash Flood Warnings may be needed.
