    .Increasing surface winds and temperatures has resulted in
    improved visibility within the inland portions of Cameron and
    Willacy Counties over the past few hours, and the Dense Fog
    Advisory for that area has been cancelled several hours early.
    However, dense sea fog continues to advect into the immediate
    coastal area, especially South Padre Island, and the Advisory
    remains in effect until mid-morning today.

    across the region is resulting in the development of widespread
    dense fog. The dense fog will persist through midmorning today.
    Daytime heating after sunrise today will allow the visibilities
    to start improving.

    The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a Dense
    Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CST this morning.
    * VISIBILITY...One-quarter mile or less.
    * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced
    visibility.
