  • The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has extended the
    * Flash Flood Warning for...
    Hays County in south central Texas...
    Comal County in south central Texas...
    * Until 415 PM CDT
    * At 110 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain across eastern
    Comal and Hays Counties. However, due to the earlier heavy rain
    and lots of street closures and ponding of waters across roadways,
    underpasses, poor and low lying areas, the Flash Flood Warning for
    Hays and Comal Counties has been extended until 415 PM.
    * Additional one tenth to one quarter inch of rainfall possible
    over the already affected areas for the next several hours.
