Coastal Jackson and Inland Jackson. In southeast Texas...

Galveston...Coastal Harris...Coastal Matagorda...Fort Bend...
Galveston Island and Bolivar Peninsula...Inland Brazoria...
Inland Galveston...Inland Matagorda...Matagorda Islands...
Southern Liberty and Wharton.
* Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon
* Bands of showers and isolated thunderstorms will be moving
through the upper Texas coastal waters and inland today.
Training heavier cells within the bands will produce high
rainfall rates. Considering that area grounds already
saturated, and tide levels above normal, any additional heavy
rain will runoff to produce street flooding that could be slow
to drain.
* Given the already saturated conditions, street flooding is
likely with some isolated flash flooding also possible where
the heaviest rains occur.
