    .CLear skies, wet ground and light winds have created a favorable
    environment for fog to develop. The fog has become locally dense
    and a Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for a large part of
    Southeast Texas. At 4 AM, visibility has fallen to a half mile at
    College Station and Wharton and a quarter mile at Conroe,
    Cleveland and Brenham.

    The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a
    Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CDT this
    morning.
    * EVENT...Dense Fog.
    * TIMING...Through mid-morning.
    * IMPACT...Motorists should drive with extreme caution and allow
    additional travel time. Use low beams...reduce driving speed...
    and allow for plenty of room between you and other cars. You
    can overtake another vehicle quickly in poor visibilities...so
    slow down and drive defensively.
