Texas today...
.A very strong cold front will continue to make its way into
northwestern Oklahoma early this morning. Wind gusts over 60 mph
will initially develop near Gage and Woodward, and then spread
southward after sunrise. Wind speeds will only slowly decrease by
late this afternoon. Blowing dust and blowing snow will also be
possible, which could result in dangerous drops in visibility.

Warning, which is in effect until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
* TIMING...Late this morning through late this afternoon.
* WINDS...North 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* OTHER IMPACTS...Strong winds combined with cold temperatures
will lead to cold wind chills.
