WESTERN CHILDRESS AND SOUTHEASTERN HALL COUNTIES...
At 950 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. From two to five inches of rainfall may
already have fallen in many locations, according to Doppler RADAR
estimates. Another round of very heavy rain was edging slowly east
near the U.S. 287 corridor between Estelline and Childress.
Additional rain may amount to one to two inches. Flooding and flash
flooding is expected to continue in some locations. Hail also may
lead to clogged drainages.
