    At 1243 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
    miles east of Saragosa, or 32 miles west of Fort Stockton, moving
    northeast at 35 mph.
    Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
    this storm.

    This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 220 and 247.
