    .Along with record high temperatures, afternoon relative
    humidities below 10 percent can be expected Thursday afternoon across
    southeast New Mexico and the Guadalupe Mountains. Winds will be
    lighter than Wednesday with 20 foot winds near 10 mph most areas
    and near 20 mph at times in the Guadalupe Mountains. Therefore, critical
    fire weather conditions are possible.
