* WHAT...Mixed precipitation occurring. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Tree branches could fall as well. Additional snow
accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a
light glaze are expected.
* WHERE...All of the Oklahoma Panhandle and all of the Texas
Panhandle except Collingsworth County.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.
