Weather Watch for strong winds and low relative humidity, which
is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening.
* Affected Area...In Texas...Oldham...Potter...Carson...Gray...
Wheeler...Deaf Smith...Randall...Armstrong...Donley...
Collingsworth and Palo Duro Canyon.
* 20 Foot Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts near 30 mph.
* Relative Humidity...8 to 13 percent.
* Red Flag Threat Index...2 to 3.
* Timing...Critical fire weather conditions are expected to
develop around 12 PM to 1 PM Monday afternoon and then end
around 9 PM Monday evening.
