    * Until 930 PM CDT Tuesday
    * At 317 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain fell across the warned area. Flash flooding is already
    occurring and will continue to occur through the evening. All
    residents should heed any evacuations from local officials.

    Horseshoe Bay, Buchanan Lake Village, Castell, Field Creek,
