    Northwestern Galveston County in southeastern Texas...
    * Until 130 AM CDT.
    * At 1035 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling over
    Galveston County. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
    area. 3 to 5 inches of rain fell earlier this evening and another
    inch or so will be possible by midnight.

    Texas City, Dickinson, La Marque, Santa Fe, Hitchcock, Bayou Vista,
    Tiki Island, San Leon and Bacliff.
