    Baylor County in northern Texas...
    * Until 130 PM CDT.
    * At 1027 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. The heaviest
    rainfall continues over Knox City.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wichita Falls, Henrietta, Seymour, Munday, Knox City, Benjamin,
    Iowa Park, Holliday, Petrolia, Scotland, Byers, Dean, Goree, Jolly,
    Lake Diversion, Bomarton, Mabelle, Vera, Mankins and Red Springs.
    Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
    This additional rain may result in flash flooding.
