Watch, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday
evening.
* TIMING...1 PM through 7 PM Monday.
* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid to upper 90s.
* IMPACTS...If additional fires start, they will spread rapidly
and will be difficult to contain. Ongoing fires may grow
larger.
