    Lamar County in north central Texas...
    Cooke County in north central Texas...
    Grayson County in north central Texas...
    Fannin County in north central Texas...
    * Until 1030 PM CDT.
    * At 731 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain along the Red
    River Counties. The soils are saturated in this area and excessive
    runoff will further exacerbate the ongoing flooding issues. This
    may result in some gradual water rises. Ponding of water is also
    likely near some highway underpasses and in urban areas where
    drainage is poor.

    Alstyne, Howe, Pottsboro, Leonard, Honey Grove, Collinsville,
