    * Until 130 AM CDT..
    * At 1116 PM CDT, local law enforcement officials reported heavy rain
    across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already
    fallen. Flash flooding is continuing across multiple Farm to
    Market Roads, as well as Couty Roads.

    Bonham, Leonard, Honey Grove, Whitewright, Savoy, Ector, Dodd City,
