* At 224 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated additional rainfall totals
up to three quarters of an inch per hour. Up to 7 inches of rain
has fallen across the warned area over the past 24 hours. Numerous
roads have been reported as closed due to flooding, especially
across western portions of Kerr County. Any additional rainfall
will only further exacerbate the flash flooding that is already
occurring.
