Eastland County in north central Texas...
Stephens County in north central Texas...
* Until 745 AM CDT.
* At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
producing heavy rainfall from south of Olney to Breckenridge to
the Cisco and Eastland areas. Excessive runoff from these
thunderstorms will cause minor flooding. Areas that are low lying
or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to experience
flooding. This means some low water crossings in the region may
become impassable. One to two inches of rain have already fallen.

Graham, Breckenridge, Eastland, Cisco, Ranger, Necessity, Gunsight,
Crystal Falls, Newcastle, Carbon and Us-180 Near The Shackelford-
Stephens County Line.
Additional rainfall of one inch or more is expected over the area.
