    Eastern Duval County in south central Texas...
    Jim Wells County in south central Texas...
    Northwestern Kleberg County in south central Texas...
    * Until 200 PM CDT.
    * At 1157 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding continues
    over Jim Wells, eastern Duval, and western Kleberg Counties. From
    five to eleven inches of rain have fallen. Showers have decreased
    in intensity but flooding problems will be slow to improve over
    the area.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Alice, San Diego, Premont, Benavides, Orange Grove, Midway, San
    Jose, Sandia, Concepcion, Tecalote, La Gloria, Rancho De La Parita,
    Rios, Rosita, Alfred-South La Paloma, Ramirez, Westdale, Ben Bolt,
    Palito Blanco and Cruz Calle.
