* At 954 PM CDT, emergency management officials reported ongoing
flooding across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Even during breaks in the heavy rain, flash
flooding will continue across the warned area with ongoing high
water rescues, road closures, and flooded roads.

Plano, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound,
Grapevine, Coppell, The Colony, Southlake, Corinth, Highland
