    * WHAT...Light freezing rain is expected to develop overnight.
    Total ice accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch are
    expected.
    * WHERE...Areas north of a line from Athens to Temple.
    * WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in very slippery
    conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges. Freezing rain may
    transition to sleet before ending around midday Sunday.
