    At 828 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
    a line extending from 6 miles east of Terral to near Nocona to near
    Forestburg. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.
    Winds of up to 45 mph will be possible with these storms.
