* Until 700 AM CDT.
* At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
that were producing heavy rainfall across areas between Comanche
to Dublin and De Leon and Gustine. Excessive runoff from these
thunderstorms will cause minor flooding.
Areas that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are
most likely to experience minor flooding. This means some low water
crossings in the region may become impassable by sunrise. Up to one
inch or slightly more of rain has already fallen, with localized
additional amounts in excess of an inch possible through sunrise.
