    * At 113 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across
    the warned area. Over four inches of rain have already fallen in
    the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

    San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma,
    Stinson Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int Airport, Randolph AFB,
    Canyon Lake, Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kirby, Alamo
    Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Bulverde, Garden Ridge and
    Shavano Park.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one-quarter inch are possible in the
    warned area this afternoon.
