    * WHAT... Sleet with areas of freezing drizzle and light freezing
    rain is occurring. The ice will result in difficult travel
    conditions, including during the morning commute. Additional ice
    accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are possible.
    * WHERE...Lipscomb, Hemphill, Wheeler, Donley and Collingsworth
    Counties.
    * WHEN...Until noon CST today.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A glaze of ice will create slick roadways
    and hazardous travel conditions.
