* At 420 PM CDT, Doppler radar continues to indicate light to
moderate rain over already saturated grounds, and law enforcement
reports many secondary roads with flooded and impassable low water
crossings. There are also reports of small creeks running full and
spilling over.

San Angelo, Coleman, Ballinger, Winters, Santa Anna, Robert Lee,
Blackwell, Paint Rock, Christoval, Maverick, Eden, Bronte, Miles,
Novice, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area,
Hatchel, Sanco, Knickerbocker, Eola and Rowena.
