    * At 443 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
    area. Up to two inches of rainfall has fallen north of Plains and
    an additional one half to one inch is possible across the advisory
    area.
