    Northwestern Hidalgo County in Deep South Texas...
    * Until 1045 AM CDT.
    * Doppler radar and trained cooperative observers indicated that
    heavy rain overnight has cause street flooding with multiple road
    closures in portions of Alton, McCook and across additional areas
    north of La Joya. 6 to 9 inches of rain had fallen during the
    overnight across the warned area. Little to no additional rainfall
    is expected this morning.
