    ...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING...
    The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a Freeze
    Warning, which is in effect until 11 AM CST this morning.
    * TEMPERATURE...28 to 32 degrees.
    * IMPACTS...Subfreezing temperatures will threaten tender
    vegetation across the region. Protect outside pets and
    livestock by providing adequate shelter and a safe source of
    heat. Exposed pipes could freeze.
