    .swells from Hurricane Michael are expected to gradually decrease this
    evening and on into the overnight hours. The most susceptible areas around
    times of high tide will continue to be beach and bay front locations from
    the Bolivar Peninsula to Surfside. Toddville Road in Seabrook may also see
    some minor overwash around high tide.

    * HAZARDS...Coastal flooding, elevated tides and wave run up, and
    dangerous rip currents. Some roads may become impassable.
    * TIMING...Through early this evening.
    * LOCATION...Low lying areas along the Gulf facing beaches.
    * POTENTIAL IMPACTS...Water and wave run up inundating low lying
    coastal areas such as Surfside, Blue Water Highway and other
    low lying coastal areas. Dangerous swimming conditions at area
    beaches due to large surf and strong rip currents.
