    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of Arkansas, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma,
    and northeast Texas, including the following areas, in
    Arkansas, Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little
    River, Miller, Nevada, Sevier, and Union. In northwest
    Louisiana, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, and Webster. In
    southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain. In northeast Texas, Bowie,
    Camp, Cass, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Red
    River, Smith, Titus, Upshur, and Wood.
    * Until 7 PM CDT this evening
    * Showers and isolated thunderstorms containing periods of heavy
    rainfall remain possible through this afternoon as an upper-
    level disturbance slowly moves across the area. Pockets of very
    heavy rainfall have fallen across portions of the watch area
    since Friday. Moderate to occasional heavy rainfall is expected
    to continue this morning and afternoon with an additional 1 to 3
    inches possible.
    * Expect flooding of low-lying areas, and locations with poor
    drainage.
