FOR SOUTHWESTERN CALLAHAN AND NORTHERN COLEMAN COUNTIES...
At 506 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Burkett, or 16
miles northeast of Santa Anna, moving east at 50 mph. At 505 PM CDT,
trained spotters reported quarter size hail and 50 to 60 mph winds
in Novice.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
