    * Local law enforcement and Texas Department of Transportation
    continue to report many secondary roads with flooded and
    impassible low water crossings in the warned area. Also, areas of
    moderate rainfall will continue through this evening, with
    additional amounts 1 to 1.5 inches possible through 945 PM.

    Abilene, Clyde, Haskell, Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Albany, Baird,
    Throckmorton, Wylie, Merkel, Tye, Cross Plains, Tuscola, Rule,
    Hawley, Buffalo Gap, Lueders, Trent, Rochester, Lake Stamford, and
    Fort Phantom Lake.
