    * At 341 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain across the warned area. Over 2 inches of rain has
    already fallen across northern Coleman County, about 5 to 10 miles
    northwest of Coleman. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
