    Northwestern Calhoun County in south Texas...
    Northeastern Refugio County in south central Texas...
    * Until 1030 PM CDT.
    * At 832 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    One to two inches of rain have already fallen in some areas, and
    another 1 inch will be possible. This could pose some minor
    flooding issues.
