* At 131 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
Rainfall amounts of 4 to 9 inches has fallen over the warned area.
Additional rainfall is expected with a slow moving band of storms
moving across the warned area from the west-southwest. Flash
flooding is ongoing. Sheriffs offices in Brazos, Grimes, and
Madison county have reported roads closed at times with some cars
flooded. Be extremely cautious near flooded low lying areas.
