* At 529 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms with heavy rain over the area. The rain will cause
flooding. 4 to 9 inches of rain have fallen. Thunderstorm activity
has decreased across the warned area but the rainfall will be slow
to run off or drain. Several roads remain closed or impassable
across the area. Bedias Creek near Madisonville is in flood.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
College Station, Bryan, Madisonville, Apple Springs, Trinity,
Groveton, Lovelady, Snook, Bedias, Kurten, Wixon Valley, Kyle
Field, Iola, Pennington, North Zulch, Centralia and Wellborn.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 inch are possible in the warned
area. Additional rainfall may not cause flooding but keep flood
waters from decreasing over the area as quickly.
