    At 515 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
    thunderstorms from near Harrison Texas northward to near Vivian
    Lousiana, moving north at 20 mph.
    Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible in some locations with
    these storms.

    Texarkana, Marshall, Atlanta, Wake Village, Vivian, Nash, Queen City,
    Red Lick, Oil City, Fouke, Mooringsport, Hosston, Rodessa, Ida,
    Bivins, Mandeville, Lodi, Smithland, Ravanna and McLeod.
