    * Until 100 AM CDT.
    * At 1005 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported that minor flooding
    persisted across the City of Gatesville due to heavy rain. Low
    water crossings in the region are likely impassable or may become
    impassable shortly. The Gatesville Airport has tallied two inches
    of rain since 8 PM and Doppler Radar estimates that some spots
    have received closer to three inches of rain. Some areas may see
    an additional inch of rain before activity wanes.
