    Bexar County in south central Texas...
    * Until 345 PM CDT
    * At 1238 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen
    across southern Bexar county, including Somerset.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma,
    Stinson Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int Airport, Randolph AFB,
    Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kirby, Alamo Heights,
    Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Cross
    Mountain, Lytle and Interstate 35 in downtown San Antonio.
    Additional rainfall of up to 2 inches is expected over the area.
    This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
