FOR SOUTHEASTERN FOARD...KNOX AND WESTERN BAYLOR COUNTIES...
At 643 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northeast of Vera to near Munday to near Knox
City, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. The public reported 60 to 70 mph winds in
Knox City at 640 PM CDT.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Seymour, Munday, Knox City, Benjamin, Goree, Red Springs, Vera,
Rhineland, Bomarton and southwestern Lake Kemp.
