* At 539 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
small stream flooding in the advisory area of Bandera and
Northern Medina Counties. Up to one inch of rain has already
fallen over saturated soils and areas where normally dry washes
contain water from recent rainfall.
