    * Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
    Southwestern Aransas County in south central Texas...
    * Until 430 AM CDT.
    * At 234 AM CDT, Doppler radar and a trained spotter indicated heavy
    rain that will cause flooding. One and a half to two inches of
    rain have already fallen over area that has received copious
    amount of rainfall over the last 24 hours.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rockport, Aransas Pass, Palm Harbor, Key Allegro, Copano Village
    and Fulton.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one to one and three quarter inches
    are possible in the warned area.
