ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH TEXAS...
.Deep tropical moisture over the region will continue to interact
with a weak and slow moving cold front through the overnight hours.
Periods of heavy rain are expected to occur along this front. As
this front stalls across the southern Brush Country and along the
coast, heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding over the southern
Brush Country and along the Coastal Bend.

* A portion of south Texas, including the following areas,
Aransas Islands, Calhoun Islands, Coastal Aransas, Coastal
Calhoun, Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal Refugio,
Coastal San Patricio, Duval, Inland Calhoun, Inland Kleberg,
Inland Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells,
Kleberg Islands, Nueces Islands, and Webb.
* Until 7 AM CDT this morning
* Additional showers and thunderstorms can be expected overnight
as a weak cold front moves into the region. Deep tropical
moisture will allow for heavy rainfall at times. As the front
stalls along the Coastal Bend and across the Southern Brush
Country, periods of heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding
over this region. Expect average rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
inches, with isolated amounts of 5 inches through Thursday.
