    pressure system on Sunday night and through the day on Monday.
    This will create a favorable environment for strong winds,
    including mountain wave winds, along the higher elevations and
    foothill.

    MONDAY NIGHT...
    The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a High Wind
    Watch, which is in effect from Sunday evening through late Monday
    night.
    * EVENT...Winds of 30 to 45 mph, with gusts to 60 mph, will be
    possible across the higher elevations of the mountains and
    adjacent foothills.
    * TIMING...Sunday night through Monday night.
    * IMPACTS...The strong winds may down trees and power lines. Loose
    outdoor objects should be secured. Motorists should use extra
    caution when driving across the higher elevations, especially if
    in high profile vehicles.
